I loved the atmosphere of this game! Perfect. The darkness, wind blowing, emptiness. Well done. I did follow the path up the hill and to the house in the distance, but is there anything thats supposed to happen there? Couldn't find much else there.
the flashlight can be taken by holding the LMB. I'm sorry that this is not explained in the game

Very comfy but there is nothing to do except soak in the atmosphere. It -would- make a great setting for a game though.

have you tried leaving the city? the hill is illuminated by a lamppost for a reason
Nope. Didn't notice any hill I'm afraid. There are lots of things being illuminated by lampposts.
